Banyan Group launches Banyan Tree Beach Residences Oceanus in Phuket
Residences will additionally feature living areas over 13m wide, double master bedrooms and luxury bathrooms. The group adds that to complete the exceptional lifestyle, a dedicated lap pool with a sun deck, in addition to an open yard including loungers and an outside dining area, is saved exclusively for the honored few citizens.
Ground-floor homes are going to include private pools extending from their terraces, whilst penthouses will offer views of Thailand’s Andaman Sea from huge living area porches and rooftop balconies with private pools and reflecting ponds.
The group assumes record prices as a result of rising need for luxury real estate in Phuket. Stuart Reading, managing director of Bantan Group Residences, adds: “Since there is no more enough prime beach front area to develop private standalone villas, we have recognized a new chance to develop much larger, highly elegant beachfront apartments that provide as much space as a villa, yet in a complete solution where you do not need to manage the grounds on your own.”
Locally listed hospitality business Banyan Group (in the past Banyan Tree Holdings) has started its new housing development, Banyan Tree Beach Front Residences Oceanus, in Phuket, Thailand. Positioned on Bang Tao Beach, the project sits within a private enclave of Banyan Group’s flagship Laguna Phuket resort. It features 16 beachfront houses, with dimensions stretching from 416 sq m to 768 sq m for the penthouses.
Citizens of Banyan Tree Beach Residences Oceanus will in addition gain from neighborhood amenities at the incorporated hotel, including membership at Laguna Golf Phuket and a free Thailand Elite visa, which provides a five-year multiple-entry advantage. They will enjoy special connectivity to services such as a private beach club, premium health and wellness facilities from BDMS Health, and trademark restaurants, health facilities and recreational amenities.
