Hilton debuts first Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand in Mainland China

Global accommodation company Hilton has recently introduced the opening up of its initial Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ resorts throughout Mainland China. Among the very first properties to start is the 276-key Hilton Garden Inn Chongqing Yubei Central Park.

“By creating spaces that reflect their values, style, and need for convenience, balance, and connection, Gen A sets a brand-new requirement for visitor journey in the upscale focused-service segment,” she adds.

Other properties following the new company have already also opened their entrances in major cities throughout the country, including Chongqing, Sanya and Harbin.

“Targeting core urban centres and high-potential cultural and tourism destinations deepens our affiliate in China as we intend to offer ever much more business and recreation visitors,” says Clarence Tan, senior vice president of growth in the Asia Pacific at Hilton.

Hilton released its Garden Inn ‘Gen A’ brand last year, developed specifically for the Mainland Chinese market. It is going to offer a renewed layout and value improvements over the recognized Garden Inn brand of accommodations.
